CodeLoop

Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a CodeLoop account or using the CodeLoop MCP server, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Description of Service

CodeLoop provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for automated code verification, diagnosis, and quality gating. The service includes a backend API for authentication, usage tracking, and billing.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share your keys or commit them to public repositories. You may create multiple keys for different machines.

4. Subscription and Billing

CodeLoop offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of subscription. Contact us at hello@codeloop.tech to request a refund.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits. When limits are reached, tools will return a friendly message suggesting an upgrade. Your data is never deleted when limits are reached.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeLoop is provided “as is” without warranty. CodeLoop is designed to automate the verification loop, not to guarantee perfect autonomous development. Final product judgment and edge-case review still belong to the developer.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse of the service.
